Our Mangement Team
Our Senior Management Team between them have a combined experience of more than 65 years in the development
and delivery of Health & Social Care Services.
I have worked in Health and Social Care Services for almost 40 years, initially training in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Nursing. I am passionate about continuously improving our residents lived experience. My role is to oversee the operational management of the home and to continuously ensure ensure the care we provide is of highest quality and meets the needs, choices and expectations of each person we provide support and care services to and their family by working with the team to develop, improve and innovate the services we provide.

My work started in Social Care as a Carer around 8 years ago and I have grown and developed my career and experience also working as as Senior carer and Deputy Manager. I am dedicated to managing a team that delivers excellent, person-centred care for our residents, and my care and managerial experience to ensure these standards are met. Maintaining our residents physical and mental wellbeing is a key priority for me, and to ensure they continue to part of it all. live full and happy lifestyles.

Meet Some of our Care & Support Services Team
Having been at Salford Care & Support for over 3 years I often think that this is not like work its more like having an extended social life where all of the residents become friends as they engage individually or collectively in their daily activities. Whilst at Holly Court I have undertaken different roles including Carer and Activities Coordinator.

I have worked at Salford Care & Support for almost 6 years and get a great deal of pleasure and joy from every aspect of my work simply seeing someone smile for sometimes so little effort is priceless. I think there are great things we can achieve individually and collectively as a team to provide each and everyone of our residents with an enjoyable daily living experience. It is always my intention to play a part in making this happen.

Choosing care as a change in career seemed like a logical step at the time and I will be honest, I haven’t looked back since. Having been in my position for just over a year, I find it so fascinating and so interesting getting to know a resident’s life history and learning about them as a person and so vitally important when providing care and support for each and everyone of them.

I have worked at Salford Care & Support for around 4 years and more recently was promoted into my role as Hotel Services Lead, having taken on additional responsibilities. I take great pride in all areas of my work, my main aim always being to deliver on the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the home.

I started my work at Salford Care & Support back in 2001 when the home was new, I have seen many changes over the years in its ownership, its staff and many of the residents. I am as passionate now as I was when I started and always enjoy having lots of daily banter with our residents and exchanging stories.
